Custom Domains

Docvora allows custom domains to be used on its Pro and Enterprise plans. This way Docvora customers don't have to use the Docvora domains. This page covers the configuration of Custom Domains. Custom Domain Setup To configure custom domains the below addresses and records need to be set for the domain. Configure a DNS record with the below data. Record Type A Record Host @ Content / Data / Value 67.227.64.22 Priority / TTL (Leave as default) The Content IP address may differ depending on the proxy your instance is on. A different address may appear on the Docvora site when changing the domain. Save the DNS configuration. Next login to docvora.com and navigate to your instance to configure the new domain. Check the 'Use Custom Domain' box. Enter your domain to configure to Docvora. Click save and wait up to 20 minutes for Docvora to update the domain. Setting the new domain may take extra time if the newly created DNS records have not propagated yet. Please contact Docvora support if the time has been extensive for the change.

Next login to docvora.com and navigate to your instance to configure the new domain.
Check the 'Use Custom Domain' box.
Enter your domain to configure to Docvora.
Click save and wait up to 20 minutes for Docvora to update the domain.

Setting the new domain may take extra time if the newly created DNS records have not propagated yet.
