Enterprise & Security
Single Sign-On (SSO) in Docvora allows users to sign in using an existing account from a supported authentication provider, removing the need to create and remember separate login credentials.
SSO can simplify account access and provide organisations with greater flexibility over how users authenticate.
Each provider requires its own configuration. Refer to the individual setup guides for instructions on connecting a provider to Docvora.
SSO providers can be configured through Docvora Settings in the staff panel.
Multiple providers can be enabled simultaneously, allowing users to select their preferred sign-in method from the available options.
SSO is available on the Enterprise plan or by contacting Docvora Support to discuss access.
SSO allows new users to create a Docvora account using a supported provider without first registering with a username and password.
Existing accounts that use traditional login credentials can also be linked to an SSO provider.
For accounts created exclusively through SSO, the associated email address is assigned to that SSO account.
Docvora supports disabling traditional email and password authentication, allowing organisations to require authentication through configured SSO providers.
This provides greater control over the authentication methods available to users.
