Getting Started
Docvora provides several ways to access support, report issues and find additional documentation.
Support is available across all plans without restricting contact methods based on subscription level.
Support can be accessed through:
Live chat
The Docvora contact page at https://docvora.com/contact
Each Docvora instance also includes a Contact option for accessing support.
Within the staff panel, the Get Help option is available at the bottom of the left navigation. This opens the Docvora contact page where a live chat can be started.
If a live chat is not answered within ten minutes, the conversation is converted into an email ticket so the request is not missed.
Platform issues, unexpected behaviour and suspected bugs can be reported through the normal Docvora support channels.
Providing a short description of the issue is normally enough to begin an investigation. Depending on the issue, additional information may be requested, such as screenshots, affected pages or steps that reproduce the problem.
Security and legal enquiries should preferably be sent by email.
Official Docvora documentation is available at:
https://docs.docvora.com (this website)
The documentation site contains guides covering setup, content management, administration and other Docvora features.
The staff panel also contains a news feed used to publish product updates, new features and useful information for Docvora customers.
Detailed security-related changelogs are currently restricted. Public release information may be expanded as the release process develops.
