Page Width

Docvora pages support two content width options: Standard and Wide. The selected width is saved individually for each page and applies to both the editor and the published page.

This page uses wide mode which is different from our other documentation pages.

Content width options

Standard is the default width for newly created pages.

Wide mode increases the available horizontal space for the page content by reducing the side margins around the main content area.

The width can be changed using the page width control in the editor toolbar.

The setting applies only to the page content area. Navigation and the surrounding site layout remain unchanged.

Page presentation

Wide mode can be useful for content that benefits from additional horizontal space.

For example, REST API blocks can use the wider layout to display endpoint information and code examples side by side.

Tables behave the same in both layouts, but wider pages can make larger or more complex tables easier to read.

On smaller screens, the layout remains responsive. Wide pages may retain slightly more horizontal space than standard pages, but the content still adjusts to fit the available device width.

Page width is configured per page and there is no site-wide default setting beyond Standard being used for newly created pages.
